History
After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, Michael Dike began his career with a production homebuilder in Austin, quickly realizing that cookie-cutter construction was never going to be his path. He believed homes should reflect the people who live in them—not simply the builder behind them. Driven by that philosophy, Michael returned to his hometown of Fort Worth in 1996 and co-founded Village Homes, later co-launching V Fine Homes.
Over the past three decades, Michael has helped shape Village Homes into one of Fort Worth’s most respected and sought-after homebuilding companies, earning a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, integrity, and lasting relationships with homeowners and trade partners alike.
After building more than 1,500 homes, his passion for creating one-of-a-kind luxury residences has remained stronger than ever. In 2025, Michael and his wife Stephanie launched Michael Dike Fine Homes to nurture this passion and to bring a more personal and elevated approach to luxury homebuilding-- one unique home at a time. With a background in marketing and a natural eye for design, Stephanie plays an integral role in curating timeless interiors, refined architectural details, and highly customized living experiences tailored to each client.
Today, Michael and Stephanie focus on building exceptional homes in Fort Worth’s most desirable neighborhoods, guided by a simple philosophy: every home should be intentionally designed around the way a family lives. Their process is rooted in collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to treating every client like a neighbor.
